Cheesy Blueberry Vinaigrette
For Spinach or Pasta salads


1 cup Canter-Berry Farms Blueberry Vinegar 1/4 C. grated fresh Parmesan or roman cheese 3 tbs. sweet honey mustard 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper 1/4 tsp. fresh snipped parsley 1/4 cup shelled sunflower seeds

Combine all above ingredients in glass jar. Shake vigorously and pour over salad and toss. If using on a pasta salad marinade for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
