Pear Walnut Salad

4 C. Leaf Lettuce
1/4 C Walnuts (coarsely chopped)
1 Pear (cut in medium pieces)
2 Oz. Blue Cheese
Dressing:
1/2 C. Olive oil
1/4 C. Sugar
4 T. Canter-Berry Farms Blueberry Vinegar
1/2 t. Celery Salt
Pour on dressing immediately before serving
