Clarissa's Blueberry Marinade for Game Hens, Pheasant, or Duck
1 Cup Canter-Berry Farms Blueberry Vinegar
2 Large Oranges (juiced)
1/4 C. Fruity Olive Oil
6 Fresh Pineapple Sage leaves (minced)
3 tsp. Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
Marinate the fowl for at least 3 hours or overnight, turning 3 times
to distribute flavors into the birds.
Melt butter in sauté.
