Blueberry Salmon
4 fresh Salmon steaks, 1inch thick
1 12 C. CANTER-BERRRY FARMS BLUEBERRY VINEGAR
8 tbs. Mayonnaise
4 tbs. fresh dill or 2 t dried
Place salmon steaks in baking dish. Pour BLUEBERRY VINEGAR over steaks. Let stand for 15 minutes before baking. Place 2 tbs. mayonnaise on each steak and sprinkle with dill. Cover dish and bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes until fish flakes with a fork.
