Tomato Summer Salad
1/2 cup CANTER-BERRY FARMS BLUEBERRY VINEGAR
1/2 cup crumbled Bleu cheese
3 large tomatoes
Fresh mint leaves
Romaine lettuce
Thinly slice tomatoes place in bowl, crumble cheese over tomatoes.
Pour vinegar over tomatoes and let rest for 15 minutes before serving
on a bed of Romaine lettuce and mint leaves.
